Develop the best-in-class leaders by enhancing managerial and leadership skills of our Business Support Functions & Commercial populationProvide a development map/journey of customized leadership development curriculums to elevate leaders in their present and future rolesWork closely with commercial stakeholders, brand trainers, and HR Business Partners to identify training needs and create long term learning solutions for improving skills and capabilities across all levelsPartner with external training partners for best in class learning solutionsDesign and deliver ad hoc learning initiatives as requested by the business leaders.
Job Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any relevant field.
Professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) would be an advantage.10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management, or related experience in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact learning experiences to a diverse audienceDemonstrable basic commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
