Job Description:
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand identity and marketing goals
- Create engaging social media content (captions, scripts, reels, and short-form videos)
- Plan and manage content calendars across different platforms
- Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker — Required
- Based in Al Ain — Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or relevant experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media or content creation
- Strong Arabic writing skills (English is a plus)
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with good communication skills
