Job Description
The IT Support - Network Infrastructure is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's network infrastructure. They will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and high availability of network infrastructure.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving network issues, installing and configuring network equipment, monitoring network performance, and providing technical support to end-users.

The IT Support - Network Infrastructure will also be responsible for analyzing network traffic, implementing security measures, and staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users on network-related matters.
• Analyze network traffic and implement necessary security measures.
• Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement network enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and standards.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist in network capacity planning and optimization.
• Conduct network performance tests and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network administration and support.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
