Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and drive business growth in the equity market segment.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the equity market segment.
Provide personalized investment advice and recommend suitable financial products and strategies based on clients' goals and risk tolerance.
Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Collaborate with research and analysis teams to develop insights and reports for clients' informed decisionmaking.
Meet and exceed business targets and KPIs related to revenue generation and client acquisition.
Monitor clients' investment portfolios and provide periodic performance reviews and recommendations.
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote the company's services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Financial Advisor in the equity market segment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of equity markets, bluechip companies, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Relevant certifications such as Series 7, Series 63, CFA, or CFP will be advantageous.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, market research, and CRM systems.
