We are looking to hire a personal assistant/secretary for our company.

The following is the job description:

_Job Duties and responsibilities:
_

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients_
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence_
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately_
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments_
  • Make travel arrangements_
  • Take dictation and minutes_
  • Source office supplies_
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs_
  • Devise and maintain office filing system_
- renew company license_

  • Job Requirements:Proven work experience as a personal assistant_
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures_
  • MS Office and English proficiency_
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills_
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload_
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills_
  • Fluent in English and Arabic_

Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
