We are looking to hire a personal assistant/secretary for our company.The following is the job description:
_Job Duties and responsibilities:
_
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients_
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence_
- Handle requests and queries appropriately_
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments_
- Make travel arrangements_
- Take dictation and minutes_
- Source office supplies_
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs_
- Devise and maintain office filing system_
- Job Requirements:Proven work experience as a personal assistant_
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures_
- MS Office and English proficiency_
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills_
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload_
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills_
- Fluent in English and Arabic_
Ability to Commute:
- Dubai (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
