    The Collection Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the collection process within the organization. They will contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve any payment disputes. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of collection efforts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    Responsibilities

    • Provide recommendations for improving the collection process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and legal, to resolve complex collection issues.
    Requirements
