Tasks

• Active sourcing of candidates
• Acquisition of clients
• organizing interviews between the clients and candidates
• Creating vacancies
• Negotiation of the placement fees

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant
• Living in the UAE
• Strong Sales Skills
• High motivation to achive sales goals
• Knowledge of the UAE market in the field of IT and recruitment
