Description

• Co-ordinate material handling,installation works, testing and commissioning in order to meet thecontract program.
• Ensure the availability ofMEP materials for the production as per project specifications inorder to avoid any shortages during theproduction.
• Manage subcontractors to ensureactivities are completed on time to projectrequirements.
• Facilitate meetings with MEPsubcontractors, client representative and/or consultants in orderto meet site program and solve the problems ifany.
• Monitor the materials used bysubcontractors for the production to ensure all the materialscomply with the projectspecifications.
• Co-ordinate proper proceduresand method statements for the implementation of MEP installationsin order to prevent any technical problem fromhappened.
• Manage subcontractor in order toprepare the inspection request for obtaining timely MEP clearancesfrom the consultant without causing any delay to the followingworks.
• Resolve any discrepancies between MEPand civil works as per site conditions and project specificationsin order to resolve discrepancies delay to the constructionprogram.
  
  

MinimumQualification

• Bachelor's degree inelectrical or Mechanical Engineering. LEED AP Certification. PMPCertified.
  
  

MinimumExperience

• To coordinate between MEPsubcontractors and civil construction team with the objective oftimely completion of the project as per project specifications andby meeting the company policies andprocedures.
