Hiring for a Marketing Manager for a manufacturing company of fragrances and essential oils based in Sharjah, UAE:

  • Female preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of fragrance marketing experience, with a deep understanding of fragrance market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Manage client presentations, product portfolio, social media, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful fragrance marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for fragrance and a deep understanding of the fragrance industry.
