ShareholderAccountabilities

• Actively assists in developing andoverseeing implementation of business line policies and DGAMLO Teamprocedures
• Acts as departmental subject matterexpert for methodologies for analyzing risk exposures, and liaisewith counterparts in other GAML and business teams to continue torefine and enhance the methodologies
• Ensuresrespective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meetsbusiness needs, complies with internal and external requirements,and aligns with businesspriorities
• Consistently exercises discretion inmanaging correspondence, information and all matters ofconfidentiality; escalate issues whereappropriate
• Partners with PT&G todevelop annual awareness training
• Protects theinterests of the organization – identify and managerisks, and ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalatednon-standard, high risk issues
• Actively managesrelationships within and across various business lines, corporateand/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterpriseand/or regulatory requirements
• Keeps current onemerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements toand assess potential impacts
• Handlesinquiries/requests from Internal Audit andregulators
• Maintains a culture of riskmanagement and control, supported by effective processes inalignment with risk appetite
