Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards and accreditation processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and sanitation best practices.
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible with work hours, as some shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Salary:
AED1, AED1,800.00 per month
