Description
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards and accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and sanitation best practices.
- Detailoriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible with work hours, as some shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Salary:
AED1, AED1,800.00 per month
