We survey an entire employee population, or key segments, on an ongoing or one-off basis, to monitor changes and trends in employee views or to inform decisions about program design or communication in conjunction with one or more change initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Successfully manage project teams to drive client satisfaction and retention directly through high-quality, on-time, high-value serviceExpand client relationships and build trusted advisor status with key client contactsBuild broader connections between WTW and client contacts in efforts to introduce multi-practice/business solutionsModel and promote a positive work environment in everyday behavior and interactionsSuccessfully manage the delivery of projects of varying complexityManage projects to approved budget and profitability estimates and liaise effectively with project teams to stay on trackContribute to business development efforts by conducting internal research, drafting RFP responses, or participating in sales meetingsEnsure high quality is maintained on all projects by ensuring all team members comply with internal quality assurance stepsProactively identify project risk areas, sharing with internal project team and developing contingency plansContribute to broader practice efforts to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing


Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar employee insights project management roleTrack record of success in building and maintaining client relationships on projectsExperience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budgetTravel required – primarily within Middle EastFluency in EnglishA graduate degree is preferred, but diverse backgrounds are also valued
