    Description
    • A lawyer to ensure compliance withlocal laws and all the legislative regulations to operate inGCC.
    • Legal examination of contracts: rental,supply chain (including foreign economic activity), licenseagreements, contractor agreement, service contracts; agreement ofthe disputes with counterparts.
    • Preparation ofthe legal conclusions at a wide array of questions including thetreaty law, labour law, intellectual property, personal data,advertising, online trade.
    • Post payment claimsreview: legal support while dealing with customer complaints;pre-trial settlement of disputes; protection of the companyinterests in the court.
    • Legal support to thefinancial department.
    • Representation of companyinterests in state authorities.
    • Development,аnalyses and improvement of the company's internaldocuments: regulation, policy,instructions.

    CandidateRequirements:

    Minimum 7 yearsworking experience as an independentlawyer.

    Relevanteducation

    Knowledge of local legislation, bothterritory of mainland, and freezone, international trade law,Incoterms, international freight forwarding conventions, legalframework of the export-importactivity.

    Knowledge of GDPR ispreferred.

    Fluency in Arabic & Englishpreferred.

    Ability to work with large amounts ofinformation, attentiveness to details.

    Workingexperience in Retail / FMCG industry will have anadvantage.
