Sales Secretary - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Emirates Grand Hospitality
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company's and the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
- Maintain corporate accounts, contact, activity and business details
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel is having a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
- Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.
- Furnishes sales monthly reports on a timely basis.
- Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 3 years experience as Sales Executive in a 3 or 4 star Hotels
- Should have knowledge of local market
- Currently here in UAE (preferably on a visit or cancelled visa)
