Responsibilities:


  • Assist Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company's and the hotel's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
  • Maintain corporate accounts, contact, activity and business details
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel is having a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
  • Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.
  • Furnishes sales monthly reports on a timely basis.
  • Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:


  • Should have at least 3 years experience as Sales Executive in a 3 or 4 star Hotels
  • Should have knowledge of local market
  • Currently here in UAE (preferably on a visit or cancelled visa)
