About the Job
Join our dedicated team at a Government Healthcare Facility as a Consultant in Acute Medicine. In this esteemed role, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care for patients facing acute medical issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with a team of qualified healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive timely and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with urgent medical conditions
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct medical procedures and therapeutic interventions as necessary
- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports
- Involve yourself in the education and mentorship of junior medical staff
- Engage in continuous professional development activities and stay informed on best practices in Acute Medicine
Requirements
- Extensive experience working in Acute Medicine, preferably in a hospital setting
