Description

• Responsible for preparation of alldocuments of planning, scheduling, baseline program, progressmonitoring, for all the project works of the Company,covering.
• Planning/ scheduling inputs forpotential projects and pre-award/post award including review ofclient / subcontractor issued planningdocuments.
• Planning, scheduling, progressmonitoring of project works from engineering, procurement,fabrication, installation tilloverall/completion.
• Planning inputs for Companydevelopments in terms of manpower Histograms, deployment schedule,etc.
• Update/ monitor schedule and reportpotential slippages and resource constraints to ProjectManager.
• Following Company Quality and HSEsystem requirements and incorporating them in relevant documentsprepared by him.
• Responsible for preparation ofall documents of Cost control, cost Monitoring, for all the projectworks of the Company, covering.
• Establish acost baseline for the project, monitor cost commitments,Expenditures, cost flow and accurately forecast the financialstatus during the life of a project.
• The cashflow is forecasted to reflect expenditure & remove for theduration of the project and shall be developed based on the projectbaseline estimate and revenue.
• The cash flowforecast is update on a monthly or quarterlybasis.
• Cost control and monitoring thecontinuous comparison of an actual with planned results and takingcorrective actions for the variance asappropriate.
• Prepare monthly cost report andcompare with physical progress and highlight the concernarea.
