Description

We are looking to hire an experienced cost estimator to provide expert cost analysis services for our business.

In this role, you will be required to consult with clients and salespersons, collect and analyze data, and provide accurate estimates of product costs including labor, production time, and materials.

To ensure success as a cost estimator, you should have in-depth knowledge of large-format printing, a good eye for detail, and advanced mathematical skills.

A top-class cost estimator can see the big picture of a project and accurately estimate all costs involved.

Estimator Responsibilities:

- _Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the production._
- _Engage with operation department to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors._
- _Collaborating with salesperson, clients, and production team._
- _Consulting with Purchase team for getting latest material cost._
- _Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the production._
- _Using computer software to calculate cost estimates._
- _Preparing and presenting cost reports for clients._
- _Reviewing expenditure statements during all phases of the production._

Estimator Requirements:

- _Any degree in printing, large format printing, or a similar field._
- _Proven work experience as a cost estimator._
- _Should have product knowledge ( Commercial & Packaging Items)_
- _Advanced knowledge of production and printing processes._
- _High-level mathematical skills._
- _Good verbal and written communication skills._
- _Proficient with computer estimation software._
