Proven track record in major construction projects against a background of excellent client care and a first-class technical environmentStrong commercial mind with the ability to preserve company interests at all times.

Ability to communicate in a wide variety of ways, upholding the Mace brand.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly demonstrating the ability to influence and negotiate successfully both internally and externally.
Experience in working in a delivery environment, interacting, and developing relationships with external consultants and supply chain.

Profile at a senior level within the retrofit sectorPossess considerable gravitas that will appeal to clients and gain the respect of senior management.

Contribute with fresh ideas on strategy, best practice and innovation that will challenge the norm.
The ability and gravitas to mentor and develop junior members of the team.
An experienced technical strategist who puts innovation at the forefront of what they do.
