Job Purpose
Provide assistance and supports to Top Management functions.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Tracking ageing as per client payments terms
  • Interaction with internal Sales and accounts team
  • Provide support and assist in the resolution and clearance of customer deductions from the accounts receivable
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments
  • Assist in the setting up of the credit control system
  • Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
  • Meet cash & debtor day targets set by the Company
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
  • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies
  • Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
  • Providing adhoc reporting as and when requested by management
  • Undertake account reconciliations as required
  • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the CFO or Finance Manager or any other person designated in their absence

Quality Management System Responsibilities

  • Compliance with the company quality management system policies.
  • Managing investigations into specific solution failures following a specific root cause analysis approach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance /Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 year experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • With valid UAE Driving license

Salary:
AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
