    Job Summary.

    The MENA Operations Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing the MENA DH accounts receivable process and driving down DSO. This role will work closely with the sales team, customer service, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Analyze customer payment trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve collections and reduce DSO
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer payment issues
  • Monitor and report on customer accounts and collection activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
