- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Analyze customer payment trends and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve collections and reduce DSO
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer payment issues
- Monitor and report on customer accounts and collection activity
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
