Duties and Responsibilities

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain our brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with audiences and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
  • Analyzing and developing a media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the organizations marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Team player
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
