Description

We are looking for a QA Coordinator to develop and maintain a high level of quality assurance processes, documentation and standards including internal audits of the quality management system.

Minimum 4 years of experience working with quality systems, preferably in oil and gas filed.
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, working knowledge of API Q1 will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent standard interpretation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Job Skills

Maintain the existing Quality Management System APIQ1 / ISO 9001, and ensure that all processes are adhered to in the relevant departments.
Performs quality assurance functions to accomplish companywide coordination, monitoring, and reporting of qualityassurance internal audits according to the audit plan.
Assist departments with the coordination of audit information and recommends appropriate datagathering mechanisms, procedures, etc.
Implements corrective actions, preventive actions and nonconformance reports when a problem is raised at any level.
Maintain the list of equipment that requires calibration and certification.
Support the procurement team for the evaluation of suppliers and conduct supplier audits on requirements.
Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
