We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Center Call Coordinator (Fluent English Communication Required).
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing incoming customer calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met to their satisfaction.
- Coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and assign tasks to service technicians based on customer requirements and availability.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, service requests, and followup actions.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, appointment confirmations, and any changes or delays in service.
- Provide accurate and uptodate information to customers regarding pricing, service options, and warranties.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Assist in developing and implementing call center procedures and protocols to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or service center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of calls.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, with a focus on problemsolving and conflict resolution.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory service experience.
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
