We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Center Call Coordinator (Fluent English Communication Required).

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing incoming customer calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and assign tasks to service technicians based on customer requirements and availability.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, service requests, and followup actions.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates, appointment confirmations, and any changes or delays in service.
  • Provide accurate and uptodate information to customers regarding pricing, service options, and warranties.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing call center procedures and protocols to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or service center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, with a focus on problemsolving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory service experience.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
