    Description
    Business Development SupportMLeads a Business Development Support area consisting of multiple teams. Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate. Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management.

    Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Business Development Support function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.

    Leverages analytics and tracking data to set strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve the Business Development Support experience.
    Works closely with sales force and relationship managers to determine needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.
    Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs. May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on Business Development Support issues to drive future revenue growth.

    Serves as a subject matter expert in technical aspects of sales analytics and is responsible for generating recommendations based on data.

    Resolves the most complex issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.


    Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

    Provides feedback at the most critical times.
    Manages Business Development Support area through other managers. Responsible for the achievement of area goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members. Area supports a variety of complex client accounts.


    Educational Requirement:
    Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required


    Advanced/graduate degree preferredExperience:
    years of total work experience in sales preferred with at least - years of management experience preferred.
