    JobSummary

    The Account Executive (AE) isa pivotal role within Emplifis social sales team. This individualcarries an individual quota target and is responsible for drivingnew business nurturing existing client relationships and exploringopportunities for crossselling and upselling. The Account Executivewill have a specific focus on either a geographicallybasedterritory or named account territory ensuring consistent growth andmaximization of revenue.

    What Youll Do Here

    Key Responsibilities

    1. New Business Development:

    • Prospect and identify new business opportunities withinthe designated territory or named accounts.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potentialclients through networking research and referrals.
    • Present our digital marketing solutions to potentialclients demonstrating how our services can help meet their businessobjectives.

    2. AccountManagement:

    • Working closely with theSolution Consultant and the Customer Success Manager the AE willfoster and grow relationships with existing clients.
    • Understand clients business goals challenges and needs toidentify opportunities for additional products andservices.
    • Regularly review client campaignsand provide insights optimization suggestions andreports.

    3. Crossselling andUpselling:

    • Recognize opportunitiesto offer additional or premium services to currentclients.
    • Collaborate with the customer successorganization and solution consultant to identify the next bestsolutions for existing clients.

    4.Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and executea comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory or namedaccounts.
    • Utilize CRM tools to trackinteractions sales progress and client information.
    • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and productteams about market trends competition and customer feedback toinform our offerings and strategies.

    5. Collaboration:

    • Workclosely with internal teams such as marketing product and customersupport to ensure client expectations are met andexceeded.
    • Attend regular sales meetings toupdate the team on achievements and challenges and to collaborateon strategies and tactics.

    6. LeadDevelopment

    • Working with theBusiness Development team Identify research and engage potentialleads through various channels including social media industryevents and outbound strategies.
    • Qualify leadsby assessing their potential needs and fit for our digitalmarketing solutions.

    7. PipelineManagement:

    • Consistently manage andupdate the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Forecast potential sales activities and revenueoutcomes.
    • Evaluate and prioritize leads toensure efficient time and resource allocation.

    WhatYoull Bring to Us

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications ora related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of salesexperience preferably in the digital marketing industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding salesquotas.
    • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing services including ecommerce social media contentmarketing etc
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Fluent English languageskills essential additional languages are a benefit
    • Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce orHubSpot.
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
    • Strong negotiation andpresentation skills.
