Role:
Software Engineer Head - Employee Shareholder

Location:
UAE (United Arab Emirates) - Full-time, based in Dubai


Leadership Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Mavsketch team to drive the growth and success of Itematch.
• Contribute to strategic decisionmaking processes and help shape the future direction of the company.
• Take ownership of key initiatives and projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
• Work under extreme pressure and demonstrate resilience in navigating the challenges of a startup environment.
• Embrace the vision and values of Mavsketch, aligning personal goals with the company's overarching mission.
• Actively participate in teambuilding activities and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development.
• Work on related projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a startup environment or a highgrowth tech company.
• Demonstrated ability to work under extreme pressure and maintain resilience in challenging situations.
• Strong alignment with the vision and values of Mavsketch, with a passion for driving positive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to take ownership and initiative, with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React and Typescript.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong proficiency with mock up tools such as Figma and Sketch.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with native Android and iOS development (Java, Swift, Objective-C).
• Knowledge of mobile app testing and deployment processes.
• Previous experience working on projects with complex UI/UX requirements.
• Contributions to opensource projects or a strong GitHub/portfolio.
