Our client is looking to hire a highly qualified Lawyer to oversee the legal aspects of their business. They would prefer someone who speaks Arabic and English fluently, Russian would be a plus.

Contractual work (contracts of lease, supply, contracting, construction, services, maintenance contracts, etc.), participation in negotiations.
Supporting employees in obtaining work permits, their placement.
Supervising UAE labor law issues.
Drafting shareholder, corporate, and investment agreements.
Drafting of standard documents for a group of companies in UAE.
