Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Upselling products and services when appropriate
- Meeting or exceeding call center performance metrics
- Receive and handle customer complaint and directing to the concerned department.
- Route calls/query to the respective departments if required further information.
- Make follow up calls and taking feedback from customer after the services.
- Taking new clients information and encoding in database.
- Perform telemarketing.
- Prepare and submit daily reports for car rental inquiry, complaint and clients issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
