Description

• Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Upselling products and services when appropriate
• Meeting or exceeding call center performance metrics
• Receive and handle customer complaint and directing to the concerned department.
• Route calls/query to the respective departments if required further information.
• Make follow up calls and taking feedback from customer after the services.
• Taking new clients information and encoding in database.
• Perform telemarketing.
• Prepare and submit daily reports for car rental inquiry, complaint and clients issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
