    This company is based in Jebel Ali and is currently in the process of investing in and expanding its regional HR Team.

    It is a global energy company and has an operational presence in over 20 countries worldwide with a staff strength of almost 2000 personnel.

    On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly skilled Administrator who can bring her advanced organisational and administration ability in order to help create an order of calm and structure into this busy office.

    Applicants must have a strong IT awareness particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and part of the remit for this position is responsibility for the cleansing and implementation of a new database into the organisation.

    There will also be a high volume of reports to be generated and distributed on a regional and global level.

    Our client is not looking for HR experience, more solid administration ability together with excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.

    Working with the VP of HR you will assist with managing all HR policies and procedures and ensure they are incorporated into administration processes where necessary ensuring all administration processes operate alongside the firms policies.

    This is a lovely role for a professional Business Support professional who would like to utilise their administration skills in a HR environment and work in a friendly, communicative and supportive environment.

    Working hours 8-5.
