We are currently in search for a well-experienced Recruitment Business Partner (hybrid work arrangement). This position will be responsible for delivering various recruitment needs of our clients across different industries, including technology, finance, engineering, legal and others. A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service by matching candidates of best fit to the needs of the business and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Obtain detailed assignment information from hiring managers and utilize it to provide effective service.
  
• Ensure all client roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates and filled in line with the hiring team's expectations and contractual requirements.
  
• Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed and awaiting placement.
• Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
• Meet with clients regularly and ensure the implementation of a Call Cycle.
• Develop an ongoing understanding of the clients' business through building ongoing relationships.
• Through understanding the facility's business, provide regular updates on the hiring market to the management and hiring team.
  
• Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible service level.
  

To be considered you should meet the following criteria:

• a higher diploma or degree holder
• strong fluency in English language knowledge in another language is a plus
  knowledgeable about UAE labour law
• knowledgeable in using Microsoft application
• good knowledge in HR or recruitment
• ability to handle multiple tasks
• good experience in recruiting medical professionals
• flexible to work outside normal working hours
