- Achievement of all planned sales & profit targets in dealing with our distributors and project clients.
- Development and expansion of the V&B project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder – architects, invertors, developers, hotel chains)
- Set up of customer target and development plans and specific actions and activities for our customers.
- Implement the international sales & marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and build brand image.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, marketing, business or related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and Project / Developers development, Retail sales management, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries.
- Stand for corporate values, high level business ethic and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
- Strong analysis and logical ability; quick learner/thinker, be well capable of solving complex sales issues/problems under pressure.
- Active team player role with great communication skill.
- Comfortable to frequent travel across the region.
- Excellent spoken & written English is a must. Ideally native speaker with fluent Arabic.

Main Objectives:
Responsibility for accomplishment of sales and profit targets in the assigned region.
