Job Description for Finance Manager (OA):
Budget Approval - Review and co-ordinating with operations
Service charges invoicing for all the buildings
Meeting with Clients for service charges outstanding
Heading collection department and monitoring the receivables
Receivable reconciliation with mollak and books
Mollak legal notices monitoring and RDC case
Vendor management including payments approval and meetings
Utitlity management - Regular review on DEWA & Empower
Software Setup - ADDA & Iskaan
Financial Audits for all the buildings
QMR's for all the buildings
Committee Meeting and presentation
Banking - A/c opening, Bank access and others
Mollak Management - Queries and Setup
ROAM Revenue Target
Developer related issues - Outstanding and service charges reconciliation
Other Income Management
Inter company reconciliation for ROAM, RFM, RTM & PM
VAT Registration and Filing
Chiller Receivables management
Approving NOC for Transfer
Adhoc Management reports
Petty cash handling
Internal weekly meetings
Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Finance Manager: 4 years (preferred)
