    TeamLeadership:


    • Manage ateam of communication professionals, providing mentorship,guidance, and performance evaluations.


    •Foster a collaborative and creative work environment thatencourages innovation andexcellence.

    StrategicPlanning:


    • Develop andimplement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with theagency's business objectives, with a focus onclient-specific goals.


    • Identify keymessaging and positioning for the agency's services andofferings in consultation withclients.

    Client RelationshipManagement:


    • Act as theprimary point of contact for key clients, understanding theircommunication needs and providing strategicguidance.


    • Ensure client satisfactionby delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, andproactively identifying opportunities forgrowth.

    MediaRelations:


    • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers,and industry thought leaders, aligning outreach efforts with clientobjectives.


    • Lead media outreachefforts and secure high-impact placements in relevantoutlets.

    ContentDevelopment:


    • Overseethe creation of compelling and engaging content across variouschannels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, andsocial media content, ensuring alignment with clientmessaging.

    CrisisCommunication:


    • Developand implement crisis communication plans, including responseprotocols and messaging strategies, while keeping clients informedand involved in the process.

    ClientCommunication:


    • Workclosely with account management teams to ensure effectivecommunication with clients, including regular updates,presentations, and reporting on campaignperformance.


    • Provide strategicrecommendations to clients based on industry trends and dataanalysis.

    Measurement andReporting:


    • Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness ofcommunication efforts for both the agency andclients.


    • Provide regular reports andanalysis to the Executive Leadership Team and clients,demonstrating the impact of communicationstrategies.

    BudgetManagement:


    • Collaboratewith account teams and clients to allocate resources effectively,ensuring maximum impact within budgetconstraints.

    Experience:


    •Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing and communications(preferred).


    • Years ofexperience working for a large agency (regionalpreferred).


    • Experience managing anddeveloping teams across assets ordepartments.


    • Experience managingsenior spokespeople.


    • Fluent inEnglish, including advanced writing and editorial skills required.Arabic is a plus.


    • Senior, editor-levelmedia relations.
