    Generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. They manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales.


    Job Responsibilities:

    Drive customer service excellence to every aspects of the storeMonitoring the sales of daily, weekly and monthly basisFollow up display of merchandise, product, placement, story layout and sellingproceduresStrategic goals and sales target of the store are met by maximizing sales and grossprofitTrain staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activitiesReviewing sales team performanceMaintaining and increasing standards of customer serviceLead a team to towards effective collaboration and attainment of goalsManage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheetsManaging overall stores profitability throw P&L and delivering targetsIncreasing and driving sales figures by improving UPT, ATV & ConversionSpearheaded sales team developed triaging tools to achieve established goals &objectivesAnalyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members areachieving desired goals.
