We are seeking a talented Procurement Manager to manage the acquisition of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) with
excellent communication & negotiation skills and the ability to drive favorable outcomes for our facility.

As the Procurement Manager for FF&E and OS&E, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue by sourcing, purchasing, and managing of furniture, fixtures, operating supplies, and equipment.

You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes while adhering to quality standards and delivery timelines.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to fulfill the FF&E and OS&E requirements of our facility.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with operational needs.
• Manage the procurement budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Oversee the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, preferably in the hospitality, sports, or entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E and OS&E procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to drive favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with experience in eprocurement systems preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
