Job Title:
Project Manager - Interior Design and Fit-out


Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project resources, including staff, materials, and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Prepare project reports and communicate project status to management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Lead sales closure, handle inquiries and deliver technical presentations to clients

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any related diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and fitout works.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the UAE and knowledge of local regulations and laws is a plus
  • PMP or other relevant certification is an advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
