    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Managingincoming and outgoing electronic mail and pickup and collection ofphysical mail to postoffice
    • Undertakingcash register balancing, banking and stationaryordering
    • Maintaininghigh levels of customer service to multiple customers at peaktimes
    • Gaininga good product knowledge of stock and ordering options to enableresponses and solutions that engender customers confidence andtrust.
    • Monitoringperformance and achieving team salestargets
    • Havinga passion for sales and customer service is a must as well asdelivering expedient processing of customer salesorders.
    • Assistingwith packing and sorting customer orders for fast turnaround fordelivery
    • Answeringincoming customercalls

    • Experienceworking in a team within a retail setting understanding trends anddelivering high quality customer service, sales,promotions.
    • Excellentproblem-solving, leadership, and communicationskills
