Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of contracting operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan and schedule construction projects, allocating resources effectively and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage and supervise project managers and construction teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure work is performed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the Managing Partner, identifying any issues or risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain effective communication and resolve any projectrelated challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the contracting operations.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and budgets for the contracting operations.

Requirements:


  • At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role overseeing contracting operations.
  • Experience working in the UAE is a must, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP and construction management software and tools.
