We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our marketing and advertising team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, answering their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Provide product information and assistance to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and offerings.
Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Upsell additional products and services to existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
A customercentric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
