Job Description The Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing the organization's compensation programs. They conduct research on market trends, evaluate job positions, and recommend competitive salary structures and bonus programs. The Compensation Analyst also ensures compliance with laws and regulations and provides recommendations for compensation-related decisions.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct salary surveys and research on market trends to ensure competitive compensation programs.
• Evaluate job positions and prepare job descriptions and classifications.
• Analyze compensation data to create salary ranges and structures.
• Recommend salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive plans based on performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing compensation practices.
• Collaborate with
  HRteam and managers to address compensation-related issues.
• Provide guidance and advice on compensation matters to management and employees. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation programs, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
