The Marketing and Communications Assistant is instrumental in bolstering the school's marketing and communication efforts.

This pivotal role entails working closely with different departments to develop and share engaging content, as well as overseeing digital platforms under the supervision of the MarCom Manager.

By securing approval, the assistant ensures the seamless creation and dissemination of impactful content. Ultimately, their contributions serve to elevate the school's brand, foster community engagement, and proficiently showcase its programs and events.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:


  • Assist in creating engaging and informative content for the school's website, social media platforms and other marketing materials.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content to enhance marketing materials.

Social Media Management:


  • Manage the school's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately.

Website Management:


  • Update and maintain the school's website with current and relevant information.
  • Ensure the website is userfriendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements.

Community Engagement:


  • Foster positive relationships with local community.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to highlight student achievements, projects, and events.

Marketing Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the school.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Make datadriven recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications department
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks related to marketing initiatives.
