Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, sanitation, and presentation standards in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
• Respond to any client needs proactively and in a friendly manner, ensuring that all requests are dealt with efficiently
• Deliver personalized services to the clients, including assistance with their wardrobe management, transportation, and home services
• Coordinate with other members of the staff to ensure that all the rooms are tidy, equipped with necessary supplies, and in pristine condition
• Take inventory of all the client's needs and ensure that their preferences and requirements are met
• Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff
• Assist in the planning, execution and organizing of client events and functions
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler or Private Chef
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of proper etiquette and discretion when dealing with high net worth individuals
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the client's privacy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
