Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist QAM in her/ his duties and take all the responsibilities and work in her / his absence.
  • Conduct internal audits of both EFP & CFP.
  • Schedule and conduct Inhouse trainings to workers and supervisors.
  • Prepare product specifications as per customer requirements.
  • Verify all the labels against standards and customer requirements, before issue them for packing.
  • Verify all the records prepared by QC Head.
  • Manage record keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or food safety management within the seafood processing industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant food safety regulations, such as FDA regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Familiarity with seafood processing and preservation techniques, including freezing, canning, and packaging.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
AED5, AED7,500.00 per month
