10-15 years experience in a similar project management role within the construction or real estate development industry.

UAE experience as a Project Manager of a developer of at least one residential project with a selling area of 11,000m2 or more.

Must be well connected with Nakheel and Trakhees for processing of documents.
Strong experience in managing overall strategic direction, project approval and progress reporting.

Experience in managing the procurement, finance for budgeting & cashflow, design&architecture team, contractors & sub-cons as well with regulatory authorities.
