Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Conduct property viewings, tours, and presentations for potential buyers and tenants.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the Dubai real estate market, property investment opportunities, and property valuation.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
• Arabic language is necessary.
