- Catering Meal sheet and invoicemanagement.
- Verify daily signed meal sheetsagainst daily POB.
- Verify monthly accommodationand meal sheet summaries towards the signed mealsheets.
- Verify on back charge time sheetagainst daily POB.
- To ensure the DocumentManagement Standard is enforced throughout thecompany.
- Ensure smooth flow of informationbetween the department and the company's other departments,vessels and barges, sub-contractors, andclients.
- Continually improve the DocumentManagement process within the company.
- Ensurethat all documentation generated by or on behalf of the company isaccurately managed, recorded, stored anddistributed.
- Prepares documentation materialsfor, and assists in, various internal and externalaudits.
- Participate in any HSE, incident andinvestigation reporting.
- Assists OperationsManagers and Technical Manager in a day to day administrativeactivities.
- Provides secretarial services toManagers including arranging meetings, appointments andtravel.
- Attends to the needs of customers /clients by responding to queries and / or facilitatingcommunication between clients, vessels and office if directed bymanagement.
- Ensures that all correspondencesrelating to Operations are effectively handled andorganized.
- Allocate and control the numberingof documents.
- Assist in development, monitoringand reviewing of operational budgets VS Actualspendings.
- Support Operational Managers inplanning and executing works whereneeded.
- Maintain accurate records of bargemovements and other relevantoperations.
- Collaborate with other departmentssuch as maintenance, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), andfinance to achieve operationalobjectives.
- Monitor vessel certificationoverview and liaise with Operations Manager to ensure nocertificates will go overdue.
- Any other dutiesas assigned by the Technical or OperationsManager
