• Liaises with the operation team toensure that units scheduled for maintenance is delivered to theworkshop.

• Maintains proper records ofall documents i.e., Job cards, Process map, Maintenance manual, etcfor future reference and for audits.

•Creation of SAP work orders for each type of maintenance.(Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown maintenance)

• Creation of SAP material reservation.

• Coordinate with seniors postcompletion of tasks assigned and provide updates to ensure timelyupdating of systems (Man-hours booking)

• Plan the staff annual leavesrecords.

• Maintain the staff OTrecords.

• Maintain the staff sickleaves records.

• Prepare theoperational reports as requested.
