- Bachelor's degree inElectrical/Electronic/Instrumentation
- 5relevant year of experience
- Advanced knowledgeof substation network topology design; Ring/Star with redundancyprotocol RSTP, PRP & HSR etc
- Practicalknowledge of large 61850 network design, Human-Machine Interface /SCADA Parameterization including implementation of SubstationAutomation Cyber Security
- Experience inparameterizing communication protocols, IEC61850, IEC 101, IEC 104etc
- Hands-on experiencein
- Configuring and testing BCUs withlogics
- Configuring HMIs with SLDs, Alarms,Events, Trends, etc
- Configuring Gateways toconvert various protocols
- Configuring,integration and troubleshooting of numerical devices and meters toSCMS/RTU systems
- Be on site to lead/participatein FAT and/or SAT and/or commissioning as required by theproject
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity in OTSystems including configuration/parameterizationof
SCMS and Cybersecurity Commissioning Engineer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Siemens
