Sales Agent to join our fast growing team

What you will do:

Answer phone calls promptly and according to the standard policy and procedures of the company.
Handle all reservations, correspondence, and inquiries quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Ensure that all reservation details are accurately entered into the reservation system in a timely manner.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Sell and promote reservation services.
Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
