The Role
We are seeking an experienced FitOut Project Manager to join our team in the interior design andbuild industry. The ideal candidate will be based in UAEDubai andwill be responsible for overseeing and managing fit out projectsfrom inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on timewithin budget and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities: Plan and manage fit out projects from start tofinish including budgeting scheduling resource management andquality control Coordinate with clients architects designers andsubcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Manage andmentor project teams providing guidance and support to ensureproject goals are achieved Monitor and report on project progressidentifying and addressing any issues or delays Ensure compliancewith health and safety regulations and industry standardsthroughout the project lifecycle Manage client expectations andmaintain strong relationships through effective communication andproject delivery Conduct regular site visits to inspect workprogress and quality and to address any onsite challengesProactively identify opportunities for process improvement andimplement best practices to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Project Manager within theinterior industry Strong knowledge of fit out project managementprocesses including budgeting scheduling and quality controlExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability tomotivate and guide project teams to success Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation abilities with a focus on buildingand maintaining client relationships Sound understanding of healthand safety regulations and compliance requirements Ability tothrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment while maintaininga high attention to detail and quality Relevant qualifications inproject management construction management or a related field Musthave valid UAE driving license with own vehicle. Must have min. 8years experience in the specific field. Min. qualification B.Archand or Civil Engineer.
